The shot blaster  is a new type of roller through type steel tube shot blasting equipment which is independent developed by our company, it is used for the shot blasting of steel pipe. By shot blasting, it not only can descaling, rust and other impurities in the workpiece surface, but also can eliminate the internal residual stress of the workpiece, improve the intrinsic quality of the workpiece fatigue strength, meet the requirements, to prevent stress corrosion and other defects, and eventually reach improve the entire workpiece surface and internal quality. 

The whole equipment is include the shot blasting chamber, abrasive control unit, shot blasting systems, abrasive recycling sorting storage system, ventilation and dust removal system, roller conveyor, loading and unloading systems, electrical control systems. Mechanical, electrical system should be equipped with reliable security protection devices. Shot blasting equipment is complies with European Union CE, Germany TUV, and France BV related standards, certification and requirements.
